gnocchi

My mother and I had dinner here after I moved to kits last month - we had heard good things about DB and it's really close to home. However, I ordered the Gnocchi and it was really gritty, like sandy textured. It was really busy and we were in a hurry to get to the hockey game, so I didnt have time to ask for a new one :( My mom liked her tortellini though.

Magnifique!!

We had a truly wonderful evening-from beginning to end-and all our guests enjoyed themselves and the dining experience tremendously. Ali was most helpful-the room she suggested was perfect for our group. Your sommelier and the wines recommended suited everyone's palate (always a challenge!) and paired well with the food ordered. The food, every dish selected by out guests, delicious. Bertrand, our waiter for the evening, is possibly the best waiter in the city!! Magnifique!!

Great night!

I'd like to thank the service and kitchen staff for a wonderful dinner. We booked the private room and even though they had a bigger group that wanted to book the room they honoured our reservation. Chef Stephane took care of us personally for an eight course tasting menu taking into account any likes and dislikes. The wine pairings were perfect and none of us could decide which course we liked best although I was partial to the carpaccio. I even tried the shaved truffle accompaniment even though I am an avowed mushroom hater. Thank you again. We shall return!

Private Dining Experience

I just wanted to email and thank you and your staff for the lovely meal we had in your private dining room last night. The food was fresh, beautifully prepared and wonderfully presented. I have not had Tarbais beans before, which accompanied the duck confit, and think they were great! A nice new flavor. Also, the pumpkin soup and tortellini were delicious. So thank you very much again for the amazing meal and fun service. I plan to bring my wife there very soon as she's extremely jealous after hearing all about last nights feast. Sincerely,
