Ingredients
- 1oz Makers Mark Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Italian Vermouth
- 1/4 oz Wild Hibiscus Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz Sparkling Wine
- 1/2-inch Peel of Lemon Zest
Methodology
- Stir first four ingredients on ice.
- Strain into champagne flute and top with sparkling wine
- Finish by squeezing the oils of the lemon zest over the drink.
