To safeguard the identity and security of our customers we recently adopted a more personalized approach to the way we collect and process personal and financial information with respect to the purchase of gift cards. Please complete the form below and forward it to us via the `submit' prompt. We will call you by telephone at the time and location of your choosing, to complete the transaction quickly and securely. Gift Card Request Form:
Gift Card Policy: Gift cards will be issued just as soon as our office has processed your order and charged your credit card - usually within two business days of receipt of your order. Gift cards will be sent via Federal Express (FEDEX) standard overnight delivery. A delivery charge will be applied to your credit card. Delivery costs are approximately $19 within Vancouver and $23 across Canada. We do not send gift cards via regular mail due to possible delays or losses beyond our control. Gift cards may be used exclusively at db Bistro Moderne and Lumière in Vancouver. We will continue to honour Feenie's and older Lumière plastic gift cards at both Vancouver restaurants, but regret that these gift cards are not valid at other restaurants owned or managed by Chef Daniel Boulud. Your request via email and subsequent supply of credit card information and facsimile, indicates your acknowledgement and agreement to have the charge processed by db Bistro Moderne or Lumière Restaurant, Vancouver.
